Throughout my career...and really my life, the areas where I have gained the most satisfaction have been those where I followed my gut. Social Media is one of those areas where intuition has led to some great successes.

The best parts of my life are those where I get to have genuine conversations with people. Whether that takes place in an airport, at a conference or over Twitter, sincere connection is the greatest thing there is.
